Shipping
Every order is packed by hand in Venice, California and shipped via USPS. We aim to get orders out within 1–3 business days; you'll receive tracking by email once your cards are on their way.

• Carrier: USPS (First-Class / Ground Advantage)
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by order size
• Free shipping: on orders over $35
Once a package leaves our hands it's in USPS's care. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. We're not able to refund packages marked delivered by USPS, but we'll always help you track one down.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your cards. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange for items in their original, unused condition.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made by us.
Because they're made just for you, handwritten-message orders, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
